Calling all nurses!

I have to write a 500 word piece of critical incident analysis from my workplace. Apparently it should be written following an accepted reflective model! Can anyone help give me a few pointers?

I'm a student nurse and we use Gibbs model of reflection - it's quite straightforward and easy to follow. If you google gibbs you'll find heaps of stuff!
