They are doing 3 for 2 at the moment. I am thinking of getting some online. Has anyone brought any from them - I would expect M&S to be good quality also does anyone know if their sizes are generous or not. I can't decide whether to go for age 5 or 6 (ds now is age 6 from Adams). Advice anyone please.

Are the really cheap skirts (£3 i think) available in store or just online does anyone know ??

TwoToTango · 09/07/2006 16:26

Not sure but i've seen the boys trousers for same price in the store as online - you could email their customer services, I have done in the past and they are very good.

Oooh good idea, i'll do that.

I ordered a whole lot of clothes in this promotion. On their homepage was an offer which also gave you free postage when you spent over £30.
It's a very good offer as they don't just give you the cheapest item free but once you buy over three items every item automatically gets one third off.
Bought polo shirts for ds and dd, trousers for dd, dress for dd and underwear (not in offer).

discounts

nutcracker · 09/07/2006 16:40

The one thing that annoys me about M&S is that they accept my card instore but not online

poisson · 09/07/2006 16:42

cos they can see you in store!!

LadyTophamHatt · 09/07/2006 16:45

I've got skinny boys too poisson, so I'm gald you said that about huge sizes.

PITA finding nice school trousers for them when they're beanpoles.

poisson · 09/07/2006 16:45

next flat fronted ones

nutcracker · 09/07/2006 16:45

But other sites accept it online, Sainsburys, Argos, B&Q etc.

If the 3 for 2 offer is not instore too I will not be a happy bunny.

Are the polo shirts any good by the way ? Usually have Adams ones but they weren't so good this year.

poisson · 09/07/2006 16:46

yes a dn all cottony
so need irtonign but lok liverly

cupcakes · 09/07/2006 16:47

LadyTophamHatt · 09/07/2006 16:51

Ohhh they are nice aren't they.....

nutcracker · 09/07/2006 16:51

Have emailed to ask if the offers are on instore too and why they don't accept Electron.

TwoToTango · 09/07/2006 16:52

Next ones look nice - are they the same price in the store?

TwoToTango · 09/07/2006 16:56

Thanks - will hold off on M&S until i've seen the ones in Next. I was suprised at the prices would have expected Next to be more expensive.

Me too, TTT

nutcracker · 09/07/2006 16:57

Ooooh did you lot know Adams sell their schoolwear online now ??

Also oddly enough they accept my card online even though they don't instore. Bloody weird, wish they'd make their minds up.

poisson · 09/07/2006 16:57

TwoToTango · 09/07/2006 16:59

I looked on the Adams site. They had some nice 100% cotton jumpers in store which weren't on there so not sure if they have the whole range on line. If you order from them on line can you send returns back free do you know?
