Caldicott/Beacon

Thoughts please... on these schools.

I am still not 100% convinced on the final years boarding at Caldicott - but wonder if Beacon is very 11+ orientated?

My DS is showing lots of signs of being musical, is a bit quirky and seems reasonably academic

I would have to agree regarding the Marmite comment. Gayhurst school was probably good at one stage but the present head and his family definitely are definitely not a bonus to the school. The good ethos of a school starts at the head and it doesn’t help having a person with such a bad reputation representing the school. Definitely not desirable. Would not be wasting my time or money the way things are at Gayhurst.
