what are good schools in Dorset?

Moving down to Shaftesbury and was wondering who knows much about good schools anywhere around there?

My son has just finished at William Barnes in sturminster newton, where there are two outstanding teachers in 5&6. He has just started at Sturminster High which is compact for a high school and seems Ok so far.
