Kumon Maths/English, how do you train or qualify?

I realise that it is a franchise of some sort but was wondering...What does it involve to be a Kumon Maths/English teacher? Does Kumon continue throughout the school holidays?

It definitely carried on thru the holidays. Remember my daughter having work for xmas day!!

Re school holidays - yes, it's meant to be something the child does every single day.

Re training - the centre my two go to is quite busy and the franchise-owner has a number of helpers - so perhaps you could contact your local centre(s) and see if there are vacancies for helpers? Would be a good way in, I think.
