Radley has had three very good Wardens in a row (Silk, Morgan, McPhail). When a school is thriving and has had good leadership for 40+ years it is quite hard to screw it up.

I registered ds when he was 6 and he is on the waiting list for 2017 admission so I doubt that a new head will make much a negative impact.
