Anyone else listen to "The 10 most common things kids get sent home from school for"?

Was on radio 2 over the weekend. Can't remember whole list but No 10 was Diabetes, and others were:
Chickenpox
Earache (no 2!)
Impetigo
Asthma
D&V
Threadworms (if caught scratching)

But No.1 was NITS!!! Does anyone actually still send kids home with nits? Wish they did at DS's school!

yes. bet they would've sent her home if they had seen some nits tho!

We don't send kids home with nits.....the warning has gone out the last two weeks
