Would you expect both to attend Parents Evening?

I've had both sometime and just one other times.
But I wouldn't expect, just nice if both are there.

They did for me last year for one, and only had one the other.

I thought it was quite impressive when they did both attend. Don't think it's an issue either way.

I would only expect the person who is working on that day to attend. In my experience, sometimes both teachers choose to attend, sometimes just one. As long as the person I see has all the information, I think that's fine. And I know that I can always arrange to see the other teacher on a different day if I specifically want to talk to them.

At my younger sons parents night, it was a jobshare (3 days, 1 and 1/2 days) and both teachers were there but they both worked in the school full time, so were both in school that day.

With my daughters job share teachers it was the same split but only the teacher that was there that day and who taught them for three days a week was at the parents night.

I don't expect both of them to be there as long as the teachers have been working together.
