Teaching a child French

Hi, my son is nearly 4 years old and is starting French lessons at preschool for half an hour a week. Now, I'm sure this is pretty basic ie singing rhymes but I'd like to introduce the topic at home too. I bought him a DVD called 'First Fun with French' but he really isn't one to sit and watch a DVD, it doesn't hold his attention for very long. I introduced the English alphabet with a brilliant website called 'Starfall' and I think he really enjoyed this because it's interactive. Does anyone know of a website that is similar to Starfall but teaches French, ie a website that is interactive?

Or could anyone recommend any good DVDs that might hold his attention?

The bbc primary website might be useful. Also, search mumsnet, as there have been numerous threads about this.

Bonne chance!

Merci Bark! I didn't realise this is a common question. Will have a look at these websites :)
