This has been in the newspapers a lot today, Compare Futures, and it quite eye-opening. Has anyone else checked it out yet and found themselves wondering if they should move house for ds and dd to have a better chance in life?

In my area young people are most likely to be working full time but comparing pie charts i see we are quite comparable with the average.

It's a snap-shot of data, not a crystal ball!

is it quite eye-opening?? We are just like the national average, it says, maybe a few more young people go into FT work than tertiary education. About what I expected.

I heard that item on the radio and its CRAP
The detail is only down to Parliamentary constituency. ie the 65,000 British adults nearest to you.
NOT ONE of the kids on the Radio 4 interviews recognised themselves or their friends on it
and the guy from the thinktank / website just kept saying "write to your MP"
FFS the closest thing I have to an MP is Tom Duane
