DAO/QE Boys Barnet Tutor Needed ^_^

Hello,

I am looking for a private tutor in or close to Barnet who has experience of tutoring children for the eleven plus exams, more specifically for Dame Alice Owen and QEB. My son will be in Year Two in September. I want him to start early with someone who he can build a good relationship with, someone who can ensure he has a good foundation of understanding and knowledge and someone who can work with me to instill a love of learning in him.

Would appreciate any advice or recommendations _

Op your little boy is so young, please let him enjoy his childhood. He already spends 6 hours a day at school, don't you thnk that's enough for a 6 year old?

Unless he has very specific learning difficulties, there is no need to get him a tutor at this age. If you still want him to sit for these schools when he's is older, you can get him a tutor in year five.

I am also assuming he is currently at a primary school on barnet? Barnet is one of the top boroughs for primary education so I really wouldn't worry about his learning.
