We have a ds at Castle Court and can thoroughly completely and totally recommend it. We have a 'new' head who is fantastic - he has a caring and kind ethos which is permeating throughout the school. The kids there are lovely - well mannered, and there is a great culture of the big kids looking out for the little ones. The head is very very approachable and visible which I particularly like. I can't say a negative thing about it. Ask me any questions you like, I remember that feeling of indecision about schooling!

I don't know anything much about Yarrells I am afraid. Does it end at 13 or 11? That's an important distinction. What are you looking for - to get your children into grammar or carry on in independent education?

I can echo everything that has been said above , we have a boy in pre prep and a girl in prep and are just coming to the end of our first year at castle court and can not praise it enough :-) it has been fantastic for both of our children who are both very different characters........i have a friend who had a daughter at yarrells then went on to have a boy and moved them both as she thought it suited girls better ! dont know if this is true but it was her experience ......
