Hi everyone, it has now been 4 years since we started and still many families still only discover how bad things are in the city when the letter drops on the mat!
So to recap the city is still talking about ways to tackle the crisis in school places!!! despite all the GP data and constant admissions problems every year, since the introduction of the lottery system little has changed to improve the lot of parents.
Yet we still have 500 less secondary places in the city than primary, we still have no new school plans, still parents at Connaught have no idea where their children will go for Junior school, schools only just expanded now taking more children, as a city wages paid to officers and directors to solve this issue in the past 4 years alone is over £2 million pounds!
Unfortunately many parent we speak to have absolutely no idea how bad things are and are not engaging with the council to highlight the needs of children from nursery to secondary, so if you have been affected or are one of the parents at Davigdor school who have just been told to accept another 30 children into an already 4 form entry school bursting at the seams then go to:

Thanks and good luck!!!
