Dumb question from one who should know better

Reason for the title is because I used to be a teacher and should know the answer to this.

What is the name of the authority that administers the SAT tests in schools please? I preferably want a website for them, but just the name would be fine.

No problem, I have found what I was looking for (National Assessment Agency in case anyone is interested.)

QCA?

The QCA are the body responsible for testing etc but the NAA actually produce the tests (or seem to be responsible for them anyway, as there are then various exam boards.) This is roughly what I have found out today. Confusing though!
