Secondary boys schools - ecperiences please

Please talk to me about your experiences of boys only for Secondary education.

DH has been to lots (over 30)
what are you expecting to hear?

Not expecting anything in particular! Having not experienced single sex education and it is an option for DS just trying to make a more informed decision.

DS goes to an all-Boys (Grammar).

The first difference was when he was in Yr 7 he came home talking about playground games. DD nearly fell over - "You PLAY games in the playground"?

AT her mixed comp the boys eiither played football or stood around looking cool. DS and co were still playing bulldog and allsorts with no girls to impress.

He loves the atmosphere there - but DD also loved her mixed school, so I'm not much help!
