Please could someone help me write a letter?

I am removing my dd from her current high school with immediate effect.

She has been bullied relentlessly, school have done nothing, headteacher has resigned after having an affair with another teacher, the school has failed it's surprise ofsted inspection and is in special measures.

I need to write a letter explaining that she is not going back and why.

Could anyone help?

I am removing my daughter Name from School Name with immediate effect.

I feel that she has been comprehensively let down by the school due to the failure to implement the [Anti-Bullying Policy]. I am sad that the school is now in special measures but pleased that this means the staff team should now have more support and resources. I hope that the team will reflect on their failure to support my daughter to the point that I am obliged to remove her from her local school, and consider how they can improve their safeguarding of children in the future.
