Screen Time in Life and Education.

I appreciate that this may not be the strongest way to post this discussions (writing was never my forté) but I'm currently working through my dissertation on an education based degree about the problems of screen time and screen based education. As it stands I have a great deal of information from teachers, but very little from parents which I feel is a major demographic and I think it would be a shame to lose out on it.

Ultimately what I'd like to know is if anyone here would be receptive to the idea of answering an anonymous questionnaire that can hopefully add an extra layer of depth and truth to my study.

what do you want to know?

Kinross7, I am really sorry but I don't exactly understand your post. What do you want to know?

Kinross07 · 14/03/2012 19:17

Sorry, I thought it would come across badly. Basically it's just a series of questions asking about opinions regarding how TV, the Internet and computers should be involved in a child's life and education and how it may affect their development.

If it makes it any easier to understand I can just post a link to it here (I assume that's okay, if not I apologise) and you can see for yourself, which I hope clears things up.

I personally loathe the reliance on whiteboards.

I don't like my kids in front of a giant screen glaring away all day.Teachers managed to teach for years without them.I think they should be limited.Yes I know they have some good stuff on them but I think there should be strict controls on them.

Some kids will never be unplugged.
