Is The Hulk a super hero?
Any better (easy) ideas?

I would think that he is a superhero. He is super strong but in his other state he's normal and this could be open for arguments though. Any of the Xmen would be easier as superheroes, or Spiderman for instance.

Just stay away from Batman. He doesn't have any powers jonly gadgets.

What have superheroes got to do with World Book Day? Even if you go with comics that's a bit tenuous to base a whole theme on? Confused

Ignore noblegiraffe. Go dressed as Emmeline Pankhurst - well, she's my super hero.

abittoofat · 21/02/2012 21:13

Hmmmm, might not be able to get DS into a dress!!!!!

School did suggest Olympian heroes as a possible idea, but can only think of Mark Spitz as a realistic costume for DS.

Hulk I thought he could be painted green and rip some of little sisters spare clothes.

Agree with noblegiraffe - it should be something to do with a book.

I've seen boys go to "superhero"day as "a daddy", that would be an easy costumeSmile.
Danny the champion of the world is just a grubby boy, although a brace of stuffed pheasants would complete the look.
If he's popular he might get away with going as a teacher.

inmysparetime · 22/02/2012 07:37

How about "Artemis Fowl"? He's just reasonably smartly dressed.

I'm trying to get mine to go as Nat Fantastic but he's determined to be Spiderman. They have a Spiderman book at school which won the argument for him, grr.
