Academy Status-what questions would you ask?

Those of you who have children at schools which have converted to Academy status, what questions do you wish you had asked before conversion?

What problems, if any, have you faced that you weren't expecting?

Mine has been fine, but I would ask whether they are going to form a Trust, or what other steps they are going to take to ensure the character of the school doesn't change. You could also ask if they are going to change admissions. Also if they are going to change the contracts for support staff.
Also just ask them why they are doing it.
