School bags for girls

Dd2 is in Year 4 and starting to outgrow the school book bag and would like a school bag. Older dd has a messenger bag which would be fine for dd2 but she's so small for her age it would swamp her.

So I'm looking for a messenger type bag but not a huge one. Any ideas where I can look? Thanks.

I would suggest a backpack instead as it would be much better for your DD's back and easier to carry than a messenger bag.

Luckily as your DD is only yr 4 hopefully she will not be swayed by fashion considerations yet!
