nursery dilemma

my dd (nearly 3) has been at nursery since she was 8 months and has had a very love-hate relationship with it - it has a glowing ofsted report and fab reputation and her brother loved it but she hasn't been enjoying it for ages so we made the decision to take her out by Christmas (once other options were sorted out!) But now she's moved into a higher age groups and really loves it again - the problem is that I have already told the nursery she's leaving and fundamentally I feel it's gone downhill a lot in terms of the quality of staff etc but I can't help thinking she'll miss it! I really don't know whether to backtrack and say she's staying after all or just take her away and hope for the best!
