Hi
Due to my husbands job we are relocating to Amesbury.
My two girls are both aged 9, and in year four.
Have no idea of the area or any of the schools so am looking for some help please.
We can live in Amesbury, Devizes, Salisbury and anywhere within a 20 mile ish radius.
Thanks in advance.

Lived near there a while ago, but hoping by posting someone else will post too

If you want your daughters to go to the grammar school in Salisbury you must live within the catchment area to have a chance.

There are a few wonderful primary schools in the Bourne Valley, running from Newton Toney to Winterboure Earls

Great area, miss it!

As far as I'm aware, the girls GS in Salisbury no longer has a catchment, as such, i.e. is Super Selective.

I believe St Edmunds in Salisbury is good. It was the girls SM but if SWGS is super selective, it will have a wider intake.
