I wondered if anyone else had experience running this scheme. We have done it as a PTA in the spring and have still not received an invoice. Can anyone give me an idea how long they usually take to request payment. I know it states it is at the end of the season but I don't know when that is.

yeah... wasn't great. They did request payment within a month or so, as I recall (about 4 yrs ago). The parents get confused and try to bother the company direct rather than the PTA about returns (they are supposed to go thru PTA).
Are you sure that anybody ordered correctly?

Everyone ordered through PTA and all orders have been supplied. We have received payment from everyone and are just waiting for Suttons to request payment from us. I was just a bit worried as I have been asked to chase it up and wondered if this was usual.
