Le Club Francais... any experiences?

DS brought a letter home from school saying they'll have the opportunity to do French one lunchtime a week from September. He'll be in Y1. It's quite expensive (I think) but he's desperate to try it. Is it worth it?

I think so my ds did this.Yes its quite expensive but he had fun doing it and really helped him when he went on to learn french at secondary school as he already knew the basics.He is now an a* sudent.

and yet my son hated it. try it and see, we might have just got a boring teacher. It was a lot of singing and colouring in - both of which my ds dislikes

Oh dear, pink! I think we'l give it a go for a term and see. Nothing venture, nothing gained and all that...
