she works really hard at it but it doesn't come naturally

yes you get them as you finish a stage on the ORT.

I can't work out whether she is a good reader or not. She gets through her books every night but is hopeless at 'sounding' out words - she does it solely by sight and memory only. She does enjoy it but some books are soooooooo hard for her.
