Another Proud Teacher moment from Bobbybob

I entered 7 students for theory exams. 6 Honours and 1 pass.

I love my job.

This one was out of 100. The girl who passed did her previous exam with another teacher. All the ones who have had me from the start got honours.

Well done. What is it in?

Music Theory.

dd did grade 1 a few weeks ago and we are waiting for the results! (she is 8 btw)

All that stuff about tonic triads! By the time she did the exam I was rathepte take the exam myself

Good results....it is a tense time for the teachers, year 11 took a modular exam last week and I will wory until the results come out.

Yes, I rather think I should have entered a couple of parents as well!

DD's teacher was very proud too when DD got merit in G1 piano - and beat teacher's G1 score by 3 marks (teacher had set target of 'beat me'!)

Welliemum - you mean you won't move just to be closer to me?

Bobbybob - Why didn't I think of that! Will put house on the market tomorrow!

Of course, dd is ony 14 months so you may struggle to teach her the more esoteric bits of harmony and composition etc....

I take em at 10 weeks, so she would be one of my more geriatric pupils.

Rats, have we missed the chance to hothouse dd into a miniMozart???
