Tomorrow I have a meeting with the Inclusion Officer to discuss ds's amended statement. I intend to appeal the placement (have sent in forms to appeal today) named not least because it doesn't exist in so far as a 11 to 16 placement has been named for post 16 provision.
When I appeal will I just have to appeal against the place named and not the other placements that the LEA chose not to name but I assume the LIO will want to discuss?
