Received a phone call today asking me to collect dd as she had been sick. Went to collect her and found her sat on mat in classroom surrounded by other children. (Had changed clothes etc)
Is that a little odd? Surely she should have been kept apart from other children. Especially as we are now required to keep her off school for 48 hours.

Yup, odd! In our school kids are sent to reception to wait till they are collected! (though I guess after being sick so close to other kids the damage may already have been done in terms of infection?)
