Hi,

Wondered if anyone knew which were good primaries in Tunbridge Wells, and which to avoid! Also, how you find information on school catchment areas... wondering if we need to look to move..

St Johns, St James, Claremont, Southborough, Bidborough and St Peters are all good schools. You do have to live well within the catchment areas to get into any of these schools, with Claremont being one of the most difficult to get into...I have heard the catchment area is down to a matter of meters (how true this is I'm not sure!) I do know that Southborough primary is 0.7 miles within catchment to get in.

A friend of mine got a book with all T.Wells schools and catchment areas from her child's pre school. I think the local council could advice you on this.
