err no. he went to give a statement last week, it was typed up - sent to us for signing - we recieved it wednesday posted it thurday - they did say there would be a resolutin by friday. but they wouldnt have the reply until friday -so and giving them a chance will ring tomorrow and keep you updated. thaks for asking.

son came home from college and told us they were interviewing another lad with his parents. ..one of the witnesses... hmmmmmm... still another to interview.

who you gonna believe HMB? 3 kids or a teacher~? am a bit worried now

I was wondering about this too custy but didn't like to ask. Remember, the longer things take the less reliable the witnesses will be perceived to be and it sounds like the school is very aware of this. I know I've said this before, but I really think you should contact the police schools liaison officer - at least the incident is then officially on file and you can decide later whether or not to pursue it if you are not happy with the school's response. How is your son feeling about it?
