My son is 6 and is being taken out of his class every day or so along with 3 or 4 others....and says he is 'doing brainbox'

cannot get much out of him!

He is i believe ADHD/Autistic...and i know for sure that one of the other boys is 'suspected' as having 'something' like Asperger's Syndrome.

Alex is @ 'school Action' o the code of practice...and i am aware what that means...so i am hoping that this BrainBox thing issomething they are trying to see if he responds etc

however...it is parents evening this week...so i'm sure his teacher will explain...just wish that we as parents were kept informed as things get put in place...rather than having to here from the child.

I've not heard of it tbh but could it be similar to BrainGym maybe?

I don't blame you for being annoyed about not being told. I think that some teachers just don't realise that children on the spectrum often just don't 'get' the whole concept of passing on information, messages etc.
