I have noticed that a few kids in my road seem hardly ever at school, yet they are playing outside daily. Would you inform the education dept?? I thought it was illegial to not attend school.

They are not being homschooled, they go to school locally but hardly ever go.

i am usually vehenently against grassing - however i detest lazy arse parents who cant be arsed sending their kids to school. its selfish in the extreem. we have free education those children are being deprived of a future.

Tbh, I wouldn't. Just because it's none of my business and I wouldn't want to make trouble for myself (I don't know what these people are like). Cowardly I know.
