Xena there is a Mner with experience of the school and I have CATed her asking if she would be willing to chat to you.
I know of the school as it is local to me and it is generally well regarded, with good facilities, and over-subscribed.
I will also CAT you myself.

I did go to an open day - very impressed, but fees too expensive for us, alas. The grammar schools in Bexley had a similar vibe, IME.
My opinion is based on a single visit to each of the schools. Hope you get some more indepth answers!

you don't happen to remember what the fee were do you tigermouth? I really don't think DS is going to pass the 11+ and want to have my finances sorted and therefore my options open when the time comes.

I don't know the exact cost, but understand the burseries/ scholarships only cover half the fees. I did ask this question and this was what I was told on the day. I could be wrong, so do check this out.

Yes thats what wev'e been told and obv we not guaranteed to get one. Althought hopefully we will be ok by the time he gets to sec to be able to pay for it.
I haven't been able to find out how you qualify for a sports scholarships.
