Teacher/ LSA/ pupil ratios in Year 1?

My school has a full class of 30 in year 1, no special needs/statement children as far as I know and as well as a teacher seems to have a full time LSA - is this normal?
I expected it woud be just a teacher after reception?

My son is in year 1 and they have one teacher, one teaching assistant and one LSA (for one statemented child).

When I say LSA it might be a teaching assistant - I don't really know!
