Good Morning

My daughter has been given some maths homework and we are stumped, she has done the main bit then at the bottome is says write out the multiple of ten calculations that go with each question in the above section ! the above sections questions are

15-4=11 18-5-13 and so on how do we work out the multiples of ten from these are we thick because we really dont understand and finding it hard to explain to out 7 year old :-(

Do you think they mean
10x15
10x4
10x11
10x18
10x5
10x13
etc.? That's what I would do and be done with it, if it's not explained any better!

I would think for
15-4=11
you would have
150-40=110

and for 18-5=13, again it would be 180-50=130

presumably so that the children can see once they know the simple calculation there are related "multiples" they can do!
