help with powerpoint presentation

I am currently preparing a very important powerpoint presentation and I need some photos( say I need one to say - to identify a problem, why there is the problem and the possible solutions) and some diagrams to demonstrate my thoughts. Where and How can I incorporate this ?

I'm not sure whether you are asking how to use PowerPoint or where to find suitable images.

Thanks for the responses so far. I want to demonstrate certain processes by diagrams say for eg., lot of different things result in an increase in demand I was thinking of demonstrating it as a diagram rather than bullet points.

do your diagram - save as a picture go to powerpoint. insert picture
