I sold an item a week last thursday however the buyer failed to pay. I sent an invoice and e-mailed to say if I didn't receive payment by the 7th day after the auction finished I would re-list. I opened a case with ebay and could have claimed my fees back today however I have just received payment for the item but have not had any communication with the buyer not even an apology for late payment. Should I leave negative feedback to warn people about this incident?
