Buyer not responding to emails, how long do I give him before relisting?

Following on from my thread yesterday, my buyer hasn't replied to my email asking him when he'll pick up the pram he's won. He hasn't paid either. I have however been contacted by another Ebayer who was keen to buy this pram, but missed the last hour of bidding and has now offered me much more money in case this buyer doesn't collect. So, how long do I give him before I sell it to her? Are there any rules about this?

You have to give him 7 days I think.
I don't think the ebay regs allow you to relist before then. You can't open a dispute before then I don't think, so I imagine it's the same for relisting.

I also personally would go for a relist and let the new bidder bid as usual, just because in that way, even if you make less money (or you could relist it as a buy-it-now for the price the new person has offered) it's all done on the ebay site, and if anything goes awry, you are covered.

Has the original bidder got good feedback? He might just not have checked his mail for a day or so. Half term also, so might even be away.

No the buyer has no feedback at all.
