Hi,
Ordered an item on 1 jan knowing that it was a pre-order item to be shipped between 8-15 Jan.
Get an email 7 Jan saying it has been dispatched, usually 1-2days but allow up to 7....in the middle of the bad weather.
7 days later ask for clarification of anticipated delivery as I am currently taking time off work (sounds like they are using a cheap 1 delivery attempt courier and don't want to risk being out).
Reply says it is stuck in port because of bad weather (i.e. they haven't even got item yet let alon shipped it to me). They clearly state they will email when dispacthed.
Email this Weds asking for more info. Get a reply yesterday at 12:45 saying that it was dispacthed "yesterday" and should be here "today". I.e. should have arrived yesterday.
I took the day off work again today, as people have started leaving feedback on this item so I had some degree of confidence that it had now been dispatched.
IT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED.
I have no real issue with the delay....the weather has caused issues there and no-one can control that. But the amount of time I have spent in waiting based on the info given by the selling has made me .
I am planning on raising a paypal dispute. will I get a full refund including P&P (if I win dispute) or just sale price of item?
