Got a bath toy on ebay for dd for xmas. It didn't work, so I emailed the seller who said to send back for a refund. I did this, but didn't send recorded as it was only worth around a tenner. Silly me! Heard nothing from seller since. Have sent emails but no reply, no refund. Opened a dispute hoping they'd reply but nothing. Not sure if it's worth escalating, paypal unlikely to find in my favour if I didn't send recorded?
