Can you buy stuff on ebay with the intention of putting in back on there to resell ??

Say if you got a bundle of clothing or a toy collection for example. Can you then split it and resell as seperate items, say in an ebay shop, or is that against the rules ??

I just thought maybe someone might spot their stuff on there and get funny about it, but then once I have paid for it , it is then mine to do as I please with.

if you do it a lot though you will have to register as a business (if you haven't already done so)
