Hi all.
I sold a pair of trousers but the buyer emailed me upon receipt that they were too short on the inside leg. I'd advertised the length as stated on the label but buyer said it was 1.5" shorter. Even though the ad said 'no returns', I agreed to refund her the £ for the trousers as well as postage for return. That was 3 weeks ago.

I haven't received further communication or the trousers. i want to accommodate the buyer but she doesn't seem like she's in any hurry to get the item back to me. How long do I wait? What would you do?

Many thanks.

thanks Lisa. No, I haven't refunded her. I told her I'd do so upon my receipt of the trousers.
