OK so a buyer (from the Netherlands ) bought an item from me 2 weeks ago and I've not received payment. I've lodged an unpaid item case and have had the following reply.......

"De koper heeft aangegeven voor het object te zullen betalen. De objectgegevens zijn als volgt:"

Can anyone help please?????
Thanks x

I think he said either he has paid or will pay for it

Well I not had payment yet, so maybe she is going to pay soon. I'm not sure what to do!

There's a website called Babel Fish, cut and paste it into that and it'll translate it for you.

erm you could reply saying you do not speak Dutch, could he reply in English please?

CHOOGIRL · 17/04/2009 21:19

Not sure why he is mailing you in Dutch!! When I worked in the Netherlands pretty much everyone spoke excellent English. Hope he is not winding you up. Have you posted the item yet?

From www.google.com/translate:

The buyer has declared for the item to pay. The listing details are as follows:

ie. that is Dutch eBay replying to say that the buyer has said they will pay for the item.

Fits with my limited experience of Dutch!
Does this sound right?

Hopefully she will pay by Paypal then. She only replied earlier this evening so will give a couple more days.
