How can I get a buyers telephone number

Aaaaaghhhh I have a buyer coming to collect a childs smoby car a 12.30, just got it in from shed to wipe over and left it in kitchen for 10minutes, dd2 has managed to break the mirror and pull a sticker off I want to contact buyer before they leave to see if they still want it at a discounted price (would hate for them to travel here and then tell them) but I cant find how to get tel number?

thanks for your help, in the end I emailed them but they turned up early, I explained it all and offered them the chance to leave it or knock some money of, they were so lovely and said it was only a toy and they'd superglue the mirror on themselves and they didnt mind at all so
