Won auction for DS game. Casing arrived, but no game card. Help

I won an auction for a DS game and paid by pay pal. This morning, the case and instructions arrived, but no game card.

What are my options now. I have emailed her but not yet received a reply. If she doesn't reply, when do I notify pay pal and ebay.

give her a day or 2 to reply some people go away at weekends and may be total mistake so if i hadnt had a response by Monday i would then e mail again then dispute item

i like to give people benefit of doubt and plenty of opportunity to respond except i don't expect much response of a weekend
