Bit concerned.....

I had an item listed on BIN for collection.

Someone has bought & paid via Paypal.

They have 0 feedback & their address is Kent which is 2 hours drive from me

The item isn't worth travelling all that way!!

She's asked to collect this weekend - I just feel very concerned about it - I had also stated cash on collection preferred.

I just have a really bad feeling....

Well I have just got a cheapy item that mum asked me to get which is also over 100 miles away and collect only. We do though, have someone that is driving down this way and going past their area so will pick it up for her, so it's not entirely unfeasible. Conversely, the seller has 0 feedback as she only joined e bay this week.

I don't really like doing that tbh.

I emailed her back straight away saying what times over the weekend would be convinent & to let me know which day but nothing!

It's odd isn't it - why would you pay for something then not bother to get in touch about collecting it

Well the latest is they were meant to be collecting today - just had an email to say their car won't start and can I deliver it to them - er no

It's all very suss to me!

So glad I just spent the last hour cleaning it all

They're also sending all comms outside of Ebay but I keep replying through Ebay lol!

This is very spooky! My collectors car has broken down and I'm worrying that it wont get collected for Mum, but it has been paid for, so apart from still having the item, she's not really put out at the moment! How earily similar MrsMagoo! in an opposite kind of way!

I'm still yet to hear from the buyer & I honestly don't know what to do as they've paid.

I just don't understand why you pay for something then be so slack about collecting it!
