Account suspension - how to get the eBay robots at customer support to help me

Help please!

I have had my eBay account suspended for "seller non-performance". What happened was that my account was fradulantly taken-over by someone selling Ipods at ridiciously low prices earlier this year. About 3 auctions went through before I saw what was going on and contacted the Ebay fraud department and they halted all activity and restated my account.

This was in July, and I thought everything had been resolved. Then last month eBay suspended by account, citing "seller non-performance". I have written numerous emails to Ebay customer support to try and sort it out and appeal the decision. But everytime they reply to me with the same, standard form letter which makes me think that don't even read my emails!

Has anyone had a similar experience, or know a secret telephone number for eBay so that I can actually talk to a real person? I have a really good feedback score that I don't want to lose, but am more annoyed at the fact they can just shut my account and won't even consider the fact that they might have done the wrong thing.

Annoyed

Thanks for the posts.
I will try live help, as they were the ones who sorted out the original fraud when it happened.
