A complete joke!

My neg buyer has just mailed me asking if i would do a bin!
Obv does so many negs has no idea who i am despite her comment saying i was unpleasant and she wouldn't deal with me again

blimey say no!

we put on the dispute that we will refund once we got the item back. so case closed.

he's negged us saying wrong size (he's from mexico) that seems to be all the communication we've had from him.

so will we get the item back and what happens to the money!

it closed and would release the money to the buyer once he could give them a tracking number i imagine or when we receive it. not sure.

Hoping i will get my money back on Wed buyer still not replied or escalated !! Need the money!
