Can someone help me - I can't work out how to revise an invoice. TIA

I need to revise and invoice because buyer has bought two items. I have been on Ebay help and it says go into SOLD items and click on send invoice in drop-down list. But I can't find the drop down list. Does anyone know what I should do?

It should be under the 'action' column on the right hand side. It might not be showing if you have already sent them two individual invoices?

If you 'tick' the two auctions that they have won, then when you go to the invoice section, it will bring up both items. You can then adjust the payment as required.

You can also send the invoice directly via Paypal if all else fails. Once you've entered the Ebay auction numbers, it will bring up the auction details.

Thanks. I had already sent them two invoices but have sorted it now. Ebay help was pants though.
