i won it on sunday have emailed them but heard nothing form them!

This happened to me. I won a toy very cheaply. The seller claimed she left it outside the post office and somebody stole it. Then she relisted it.

The seller gave me a refund and insisted that the second listing was a different item and refused to send it to me.

There was nothing I could do, even ebay weren't interested. Sometimes it's jsut the way it goes, some people will abuse the system and there is nothign you can do abou tit.

Email saying you have reported them to ebay and neg and open dispute then all you can do !

Do make sure you neg him!

actually just checked and notice it is still on there. Blimin cheeky sods, robably hoping for a few bids then they will change their minds again.

It sounds as if they were chancing their luck by re-listing it, hoping you wouldn't do anything about it, but then thought better of it (could they have received a message from ebay in the meantime maybe??)

God some people are schtoopid! This is what always worries me about new sellers (and buyers) What is it about ebay that they just don't get?

well they only responded to my emails after i opened a dispute for a unrecieved item just got to wait and see what they say

I've been following this, I'm really shocked! Forward the emails on to eBay, they're not allowed to do that. If they want a higher price they should set the starting price at the lowest they would accept for it.
